Dr. J. Balamurugan working as an Associate Professor at the Department of Management Studies, St. Joseph’s College of Engineering (An Autonomous Institution) Affiliated to Anna University, Chennai, Tamilnadu. I have completed B. Com (CA)., MBA., M.Phil., Ph.D, and National Post-Doctoral Fellow [NPDF] in regular mode and have six years and six months of experience in teaching as well as industrial and also have 8 years and four months of research experience, totally 15 years’ experience.
